Regeneration: (WIP) SO I FIGURE regeneration is kind of OP here but I. Listen. I love when he just gets like hit with a hammer (or a bus, whatever's your thing go wild) and just rises back up like a fucking ghoul. But getting that all right away is a total cheese move.
The Idea (TM): Greed's regeneration totally is based on how many deals he has. Why you ask? Well -
Spoiler Alert for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Homunculi are made from Philosopher's Stones. What the Hell (AH HA) is that you may ask? It's people! Specifically souls of people! Before Greed died, then died again, he was basically powered (sure we're going to go with powered) by souls. Inside, he looks like this.
Big, skull looking face in the middle? That's our beautiful boy. All the other screaming faces rushing past like a rave gone bad? Those are dead people.
TL;DR Version: More deals, better regeneration. So if he gets hit by a bus, it's going to take a day or so to come back from that jam until he's got more deals going on. Does he know this? Absolutely not.
The Ultimate Shield: (WIP) First of all, the name may be stupid, but it's his, so it's cool. Right now, I have him designed where the 'Shield is kind of permanently stuck on his arms. I figure this also ties into the whole Deal(TM) business, but also for his sake, making possessionsfriends. More people he's connecting with, more 'Shield? Why? To protect what's his and not for anything stupid don't look at him like that.
Also, to be fair, Greed doesn't like to show off his full 'Shield form because it ruins his handsome looks (I'm not kidding, this is probably 1 of many reasons he died the first time).
HAPPY to nerf more, add more tiers for him to get whatever! This is just .. a draft!
