Maybe you found it by accident or maybe you didn't. Either way, it's certainly not the kind of establishment the natives of Vandare tend to frequent. Located down a back alley and twisted around the bend, The Devil's Nest has been a whispering spot since October. Practically popping up overnight and the locals will warn to stay away. What happens there tends to stay there and no one much knows the wiser.

Or at least, they pretend they don't.

However, if you're looking for something, someone may be inclined to give you directions. But any questions about seedier activity might earn ya a stray look, a yellowing smile. Or merely the silent-passing of a marked matchbook with only the slightest insight: "Why don't you go ask the owner."

Because the 'Nest provides plenty for Ryslig's more monstrous crowd. Booze, gambling, women - and of course, employment. Greed owns the place and plays bartender up front when he's not busy conducting other business. But for those just dropping in, there's plenty to have: pool out front, illegal gambling in the back. And if you're lucky, a few folks willing to give you a grand ol'time if you've got the money to burn. Just bring your A-game, sugar.

Though buyer beware. It's home to types that most wouldn't want to meet in an alleyway on a good day. Thieves and criminals; those that have seen better luck. The doors always seem to be open, but it's much more popular after hours. As is the norm in Ryslig, the real excitement starts at after-dark.

But that doesn't mean the owner isn't up for business.

The place tends to be a little bit of an overridden cesspool-biker bar combo, but it welcomes all walks of life. As long as you've got cash or a secret to tell. It serves as the physical face to Greed's business which is mainly just that: his. To collect secrets, intel, and most importantly, henchmen. So bring your freaks, bring your outcasts. Greed'll be more than happy to take 'em under his wing.
